Oooh, that REALLY depends on how much you wanna spend. You CAN get some cheap chinese tyres for that are pretty damn good considering the price.
On the other hand, you can spend a pretty penny and get amazing road-holding tyres.
Watercooled 5950X | AORUS Master X570 | Asus RTX 3090 TUF Gaming OC | 64Gb RAM | 1Tb 970 Evo Plus + 2Tb 660p | etc etc

My say is if you want a good grip don't buy tiny cars. seriously you could be thrown out of the road if a speeding truck goes by.

hmm my rear tyres are michelin energy savers, they cost 128 e in a store near me but they are comfort tyres says the site
my front tyre's are interstate budget tyres costing 59 e, and these are sporty says the site.

if you go for cheap tires (for example 50€) or buy expensive ones (for example 100€) , the expensive ones will last 3 times longer. this is just an example. there is a reason its more expensive. rubber compound, composition etc... it lasts longer, better grip etc !! only downside is when you wreck your tire, then you loose money in compairison
@Sin. im not into tuning and thats something i see atleast a couple of times a week. People want to get bigger wheels but dont wanna pay more money for their tires so they get kumhos or yokohama or nankang , wanli, whatever, or the bigger brands just dont make those sizes. not saying they are that bad but i wouldnt get them.
I work in tyres, shop manager
ahout that tire review site. comments from people who dont know anything about it. its like me commenting that i love a toyota cause i drive one and hate mercedes cause i once drove one and it wasnt the same (wtf)
pirelli pzero ner is more sport
all the others are just meh (gt2 has an ugly profile imo)

My Hankook V12's handle quite well in the rain. Sure, they won't last as long as Pilot Super Sports, but they cost a third of the price so the fact that they won't last as long is meaningless at that point.

Haven't tried the Ecstas on any wet surface yet.
I have a set of new Bridgestone (can't remember the model atm though!) 225/40 though, that I'll try out before buying anything else.

lol i bought mine for 200 euros brand new Good Year Excellence (185/60/R14), but if you want something better, get some Continental Premium Contact's
It how you use them and on what surface, over roads are pretty rough and of course they'll use alot quicker, but hopefully i'll be using them for at least 5 summers since i don't use my car that much (~150kms/week).
Don't forget about the maximum speed indicator (it's a letter H, V, etc after the dimension).

Have never been impressed with Michelin tires, other than their top of the line, very expensive tires. Bridgestones for me
