this was one of the first computer games I had played my my lifetime.
Used to run to my friends house on the weekend just to play this for a few hours on his PC. Ah... good times. I still remember most of the secrets in the 1st level hehehe.

i remember all the mods and all the map packs... stripper heaven... adult movie theatre with porn gifs playing and strippers just out of the blue. such a wonderful game for any child who just ventured into puberty

It has nothing to do with stupidity - its more a matter of disgrace when you take one of the pc/fps icons and play using a controller.

I'm downloading the Mac version! Yes there is one, with a customized installer. Just pop in the PC's Atomic edition, run the installer and presto!

So I played some Duke 3D... shame I didn't get my hands on this game in '96. But then again, now I'm playing it with my epic 1 button magic mouse
