The Zalman CNPS7700-CU is a very well performing one and silent. It's the most expensive in the series but I would recommend it infront of the others.

Although the Zalman's are very popular, they can't handle the heat from the prescott's core very well, i wouldn't recommend one for p4.
The ultimate in prescott cooling combined with SILENCE is the xp-120 from thermalright. It's a monster in size take a look.

Look at it's size, it has a 120mm fan (thermalright sells only the fin, but there are combos on the market)

Edit:
uh, i confused the two zalmans, the CNPS7700Cu is actually good:
If you happen to be german, here is a comparison between the two coolers and on the second page is a chart, too bad they used a very crappy fan for the xp-120, they said they wanted to make the comparison fair for the zalman. But there is the point in buying a xp-120 and then getting a crappy fan, lol

tomshardware has a review of the asus star ice cooler. They were not that impressed, mainly because the noise level was too high.
