Ok im trying to burn an SVCD using Nero (Meet the Fockers) and it is over 700 mb which is the maximum that a CD can hold. How would I fit this on a CD?

if its a .bin, then just open nero and then Burn Image to disc, those can be as much as 800 mgb but they fit on a cd-r

the svcd file system is a bit different and therefore it can hold 800MB on 700MB cdrs

Remember that you should burn from the .cue not right from the .bin file. You do that from "burn images" at the tools menu.
