Im raging ever since i saw the trailer, it looks really promising and polished and omg, its just my cup of tea. Im actually surprised noone has posted about it.

Notch (Minecraft's Dev) was the one who posted it on his Twitter, ive heard that he complimented the game and say its not a rip-off so to say. Just to calm the fans hahaha
Personally i loved it, cause its what Clonk should have beenm heck feels more like a clonk ripoff that stole minecrafts craft/build scheme, but compared to clonk its more polished and user-friendlier and more focused on well... minecraft style building and crafting. no doubt they took many ideas from minecraft, but my god, so well executed, im really looking forward to it
Oh yeah, there are 7 gameplay videos released, 5 mins long each, watch them, trust me there are said to be 24 recordings, they will go releasing them daily, just today part 6-7 came out
It looks like it could be interesting, and considering the development only started this january it's pretty insane how far along it is already. From what I hear there's a lot more crafting options available than in MC, too.
I love the Yoggscast, I watch all their stuff! I'm not sure if they actually made that story btw, I think someone else did, but to be honest, without them there would be no point because they make it so very very watch-able.
Amusingly, I found the game yesterday just before I saw their video about it! Odd timing lol.

Uhhh, nothing like it? Seriously? Have you watched the videos? Hell yeah it's like Mincecraft. But who cares? Sure it's 2D rather than 3D. MC was simple 3D graphics. This is simple 2D sprites. You're hacking wood, digging holes, collecting resources, building shit, crafting tools/weapons, fighting monsters, etc etc etc. Is it *exactly* like Minecraft? Of course not. But it's CLEARLY a damn similar concept. Hardly "nothing like it".
Regardless, it looks like a fucking blast! Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.

Actually their Minecraft adventure is a group of friends told them to play on a server that they hosted, the other friends wrote the story while yogscast just tagged along.
