Does anyone know of any way to play it offline, for some reason if wont play offline on mine.

Sadly no, mate. This (the Final Fight Double Pack) along with Bionic Commando reARMed 2 both require constant PSN connection to play -- there's no way around it.

Why? Because Capcom chose that method, that's why Razz
