Why is the World News forum the only one that is hidden when you are not logged in?

Wasn't it hidden after anarxist thing? He was causing quite a fuss in the World News and so to keep the trolls out they hid it, right?

In the Important announcements, usually graphic contest is held in the graphic section. Press team leaders + staff get to evaluate any article contest etc...

But if you see a section and something you can troll in you'll register. This way you cannot see a thing to troll about so you don't register...
