to become VIP there are many factors
Some are
a) participation
b) time here
c) post count to some extent...if your not active there is no point
d) ppl need to know you as all us VIP's are friends and discuss friend stuff
So just keep contributing to community and maybe someone will nominate you for vip one day.
And if your only interested because i think there is some uber vip server, ur 100 percent wrong.
And the VIP's are friends and long time members, thats all its about
