Well, yes, their are so many strains, that have different effects. I believe sativa outdoor plant? Is the type of cannabis that makes you sleepy, and indica is the one that causes short term memory loss. Or vica versa I'm not too knowledgeable on the physiology of cannabis.
But I do know once you mix hybrids, and strains you get a wide variety of effects, energy, concentration, pain relief etc.

for me the best way to go to sleep is shitty indicas. its more of a body stone, and due to the low grade youll sleep like a fuckin baby

You can try melatonin or warm milk. Having cold hands and feet also is a great way to stay awake... so make sure they're warm. The sleeping room on the other hand should be kind of cool. And close the door so the cat won't sneak in and jump up and down on you. Stay away from sleeping pills, as they are addictive and will mess you up.

I downloaded these guided meditations by Kelly Howell, and relaxing, deep sleep ones that use Theda waves, I think called Brain sync. Anyway they work really well for me. I am out in 20 mins.
I believe sex (real) works the best tho.. In my experience men always fell asleep right after sex and sometimes sex WORKS SO WELL they fall asleep during sex. So yes sex makes one very sleepy.
If no partner frapping is better then nothing. Use socks. If you get outta bed it will wreck it.
My great advice for the night.  I am off to sleep but first I shall watch some p0rn. |
