So I've always had this issue where the start game character was missing his head and arms but his suit was always there. Never showed any signs of being a problem in game till I started up chaos rising campaign and the librarian texture is missing except his face. So theres just this black texture with a (lol) black face running around.
[edit] nvm, it was an anti-aliasing issue. Kind of stupid how widespread this issue is and they still haven't fixed it. I had to disable it both in CCC and the game.
Frankly, I haven't even heard of this problem before. You may just want to preform standard repair operations like a re installation of you graphics drivers.
