you can get a 1TB one for under 100 euros
low power, sits in a corner silently and you can put it downloading torrents for you too without having to keep your comp on all the time

you can use private keys on putty too
you just have to use puttygen to convert between putty and openssh(the one in the nas) keys
a nas probably doesn't have a lot of software installed by default so you'll need to get some through optware
irssi is available
Could you please give me link or guide how to do and what I'm so unsure what to do now because for some reason my pass is not right when I try to log in via SSH. Yes I read all the steps I told few messages before but I'm not sure what did I done wrong.
