i always used kaspersky internet security, and it worked fine for me... 2011 however doesnt have a PERMANENTLY working crack, atleast not one that i could get working beyond the first update/restart.

so, i guess ima have to find something else... any suggestions for something that IS fully cracked and works that i could use instead? thanks.

I recommend :

MS Security Essentials for antivirus +
Sphinxsoftware Windows 7 Firewall Control for the best and most lightweight firewall

why no use Eset Smart Security [its a Antivirus | Antispyware | Firewall | Antispam all in one] with Tnode as the key down loader

Eset you can get from they own site
Tnode is easily findable by google

MS Security Essentials and for firewall check out that link ->http://www.matousec.com/projects/proactive-security-challenge/results.php?ad42bc78 and grab most effective freeware product. Using Comodo myself at the moment.

That is not a firewall test, but a generic antispam test, also it's very limited.

And of course, it doesn't account for performance overhead or false frigging positives !
