Hi,
I'd like to hardcode subtitles into a movie file and reencode it with x264 so that I have a smaller file in the end Smile

Quality is not really important.

Oh and the subtitle is not in sync (the subtitles have to be delayed by 41.5 seconds, no FPS adjustments needed).

Any idea?
