I just recently upgraded to the latest version of drivers (listed above) and noticed small problems appear while watching x264 content. For example clicking ahead in the time line forcing the media to skip ahead which results in noticeable video lag.
Hardware I use is stated below. The only workaround I have found is to revert to the previous drivers I was using.
I'm wondering if this is normal or if I can expect to see performance gain not loss from later driver releases. I'm usually pretty good about updating but if I'm only going to experience a loss in performance there really isn't any point in updating them.
