Many Enemy Types, run the gamut from big dumb Orcs swinging huge axes, to sly lithe Dark Elves striking from the shadows with bow & arrow, to crazy Kobolds armed with explosive packs. Unique boss monsters provide set-piece battles, among them a gargantuan Ancient Dragon and a cantankerous Goblin Mech.
* Variety of levels and game modes
Each level has a different visual setting, layout, enemy types, traps, and distinct scripted surprises. Four difficulty settings from novice to master, which also adjust the rate of experience and loot earned. Storybook-style cinematics tell the tale throughout the Campaign Mode, and endings vary depending on which characters were used. Survival Mode pits increasing waves of enemies against the players until they fall, with the goal being to defend long enough to achieve the highest leaderboard score. theres a update out this week that allows this to work on 4.1 ad also rumours that it also include gamespy for iphone so can play alongside android users

I found a workaround which allows you to install the game on 4.1 and view the intro but that is all. lol

I found out how to get it to work on any software. Normally you need to be on 4.2.
First ssh into the phone(dont think ifile will work for this). Then go to /system/library/coreservices and open the last file. I think its called system version or something. Change the version from whatever your on to 4.2. Then respring. Now install dungeon defenders from installous. Then change the file back to whatever it was(firmware virsion)
Note: the one on installous doesnt work so somebody needs to crack a working version.(it crashes after the intro).

I tried this with the Installous version which crashes after the intro. The poster believe it to be not cracked or not cracked properly so I figured I would try the same method with the Appstore version. I bought Dungeon Defenders on the Appstore. The fix allowed me to install the game but the result was exactly the same as the Installous version which proves that Installous version possibly does work and that anything after the intro will not work on 4.2.

An update today for this on the AppStore but still crashes on my 4.1 iPhone 4.
I managed to bypass the crash on my iPhone 4 IOS 4.1 by changing the entry <string>4.1</string> to <string>4.0</string> in /System/Library/CoreServices/SystemVersion.plist and respringing. I'm guessing this only applies to Jailbroken iDevices.
Leaving it set to 4.0 could affect other apps though I would think.
