Quote: | Binary Domain is coming to PC, Sega’s just announced.
Already out for the PS3 and Xbox 360, the keyboard and mouse version will arrive next month. This, Sega says, is in response to fans asking for it.
“As well as the excitement generated by Binary Domain in the console press we were seeing increasing numbers of players asking for a PC version,” Gary Knight, Senior Vice President of Marketing at Sega, says. “So we listened and we delivered.” And there you go.
No exact launch dates yet, but it will be available both at traditional retailers and digital. |
I have no idea whether is good or bad, we'll find out soon

Its very solid 8/10 game with some good characters and best team banter of 2012.
But other than that its Gears of war combined with lost planet ?

OMG! Yes, the squad interaction in the demo was really funny. I want to play the game just for that. Heck, which game in recent history has had a squad mate call you out on having all your team members as the opposite sex?
Now if only Catherine is ported (by Namco) as has been reported by PCGamer.
1 and 2 are still amazing.

I've been playing it on my jtag and it's pretty good.
definitely not just a gears of war clone. it has an interesting scifi world and great characters that talk with each other and with you.
it also has massive bosses and the robots are great enemies. you can shoot off all body parts for a variety of effects, like shooting off the legs and have them crawl around, or shoot off the arm which holds the weapon and it'll try to pick up the weapon with it's other arm, or shoot off the head and it'll start randomly attacking anything.
the animations are exceptional. the way the enemies move just looks very realistic, it reminds me of euphoria.
also the combat isn't as slow as gears of war.

This game is actually kind of neat, but man, I wish Sega had decided to port Vanquish or Bayonetta, instead. Those two games are absolutely incredible.
Good to see Sega doing more on PC, though. I really wish the recent re-release of Daytona USA had come out on PC. At least we're getting Jet Set Radio.
Correcting people since 2007 even if they're not wrong.

They seem to be pretty enthusiastic about it, but again, it's the same site that rated ME3 10/10
Though I'll surely give it a shot if I have enough free time

I love Anime and when JAP devs nail that atmosphere ... Im sold...especially in action games , I personally loved Vanquish too.
If you loved Appurushido and Ekusu Makina , you gonna enjoy Binary Domain...at least from the story aspect and atmosphere..

Played the demo on my ps3. It was ok. Didn't look very good. Was to easy on the highest difficulty and the score system seems flawed. 1 melee to the head is 300 credits, while shooting is about 50. I just ran around 1 hitting them with melee. Will probably play it tho on the pc but not buy it.

What is better in Derpious Sam than Gears of War? But one is hip to be called "derp" while the other is seen as .
