Not that I know of - but I use a plugin with Album Art Downloader - if you haven't used it, it searches your current fb2k playlist for albums without art, and then you select from a list which is the right one/the one you want. Then when you're done it automatically takes the next album without art. Downloads and places it in the album folder. Adding art for 10 albums takes like 5 minutes
