It doesn't look all the bad.. Its a Medieval 3D RTS and at one disk ain't bad. Heard about this title awhile back but as for its "quality".. we'll have to inspect.

It looks like it could be ok for die hard RTS fans, not something I would choose to play but I can see the apeal. The only problems I can see with it from the screenshots are the crappy models for some of the creatures/other races.

The screenshots look dull, but I will give it a try.
Perhaps it looks better ingame.

there are way too many RTS games out there, the genre needs something new...
Black & White 2 might just bring it

Well, I've played through the Tutorial Mission and First Campaign Mission, so here is kinda a mini review:
Graphic 8.5/10
The buildings have intricate details on them (Straw Roofs, Individual Bricks, Indivicual Bolts etc).
Resource gathering such as wood chopping looks pretty badarse (You see flakes of wood come off).
The landscape itself is not bad at all.
The unit graphics themselves are pretty good zoomed in.
AI: 7/10
The pathfinding in this game is absolutley HORRID. Whoever was in charge of programing it should be shot multiple times.
On the plus side however, there are a few very cool features added in.
There is a"TOGETHER" formation which ensures that your attack group doesn't outdistance itself.
Also, formations tend to stay in formation fairly well.
Another plus, is that your units will respond fairly well to being attacked while moving, and respond automatically.
Also, your Healers are smart enough to hang back and heal instead of rushing headlong into battle ala Warcraft III (this removes that annoying micromanaging aspect. Ex. Even if I right click my attack group in the midst of an enemy group, the healer will proceed forward, but not idrect in melee combat, instead hanging back to heal the troops)
The pathfinding is really what brings this category way down though. Often times a simple Move command will have your troops stumbling into one another, running around in a circle, or taking the longest path possible.
Camera: 9/10
Some people seem to find the camera annoying, though I don't understand why.
There are three options Advanced, Simple, and Follow.
Advanced allows you to manipulate direction, angle, and zoom.
Simple allows you to manipulate zoom and direction (limited)
Follow simply sticks to the current selected unit while allowing you to manipulate angle, direction and zoom.
Although it does require adjustment sometimes, the camera is very versatile and the zoom function works extremely well, allowing for nice, closeup shots.
Sound: 8/10
The voice acting is fairly good (although not first rate, its also not horrible). The one thing that annoys me is the limited unit response when issuing an attack/move order (I believe there are only 1-2 per unit, but they get annoying fast).
Playing with my sound down, so didn't really notice the music, so can't comment.
Gameplay: 7.5/10
The game seems to be a bit slow paced for me so far (Perhaps it picks up later). Also, the seige ram seems kinda pointless so far, as a group of 15 beserks knocked down the first few gates I encountered fairly quickly.
The game does focus (at least in the first campaign), on norse setting/mythology (playing as the Vikings), with refrences to Valhala etc. This helps to add a little bit of immersion.
Overall: 7/10
I realize I haven't gotten far enough into the game to make a completley accurate judgment, but so far it seems like this game just isn't going to have what it takes. Despite its positives (graphics, camera) , the troopcreation/combat seems a bit slow paced , and certain elements (like Rams), seem useless. Also, I have a feeling in the later battles (I'm not sure whether or not there is a 75 unit limit), that the pathfinding is really gonna screw it over.
I don't think this game is UTTER crap, although its no GOTY either. However, its a decent effort given the small dev. team (russian I believe, from reading names in credits).
I'm gonna continue playing however, as it may turn itself around, you never know. With a patch or two to resolve pathfinding/balance, this game might not be bad at all (if you enjoy warcraft style rts with castle seiging added in).
My advice, grab it if your bored and give it a shot. You may like it.
Sidenotes:
The developers were smart enough not to bother with protection.
The ingame cutscenes are pretty well scripted, and voice acting fairly good.
