Lose the dash and capitalize the Milky Way. Oh and if you want the quote to be 100% correct, it's '...400 billion suns, the rising of...' without the 'with'.

Hmm in German or Dutch you can just stick words together, in English this is not done. While sunrise exists as a word, galaxyrise as a word does not exist. "Galaxy's rise" is also not the form we are looking for here so that is why I proposed to use the dash. Formerly known as iconized

Actually, NOT sticking combination words together is a source of ridicule in Sweden. It became a national internet meme in the early 2000's with pages created just to fight the lowbrow split combination word writing. Laughing
