they are.. marvel actually pred a few. though im getting a virgin slim console and will play originals until its clear about the new security checks and drive information.

I got a BenQ drive so I guess I have to wait for a new hacked firmware update... before I buy Kinect

Btw, since beta dash 12416 for Kinect doesn't have any checks, could we use that to lainch the kinect released iso's? Or do they auto update to the none beta dashboard?

That's what I've been doing offline, no probs with kinect games.

So you guys think paying $100 for a guitar for all downloaded guitar hero like games are fine, but this isn't worth $150 for the same thing (new peripheral and all games downloaded)?
I'd pay $150 to dick around with kenect for a month or a few, even if it collects dust after that.

It's Kinect and no one in this thread is saying that so I have no idea why you brought this up...

So this is what I did:
Burned Dance Dance Central and patched it into a Wave 3 game before burning.
Installed the Kinect Beta dashboard 2.0.1246
game prompted me for an extra update but I denied, removed the USB stick, booted up the game again and while it gave a little error at the beginning, it launched and started up perfectly, got in game and was able to start a dance.
Now the only remaining problem is me not having Kinect yet, will arrive here next wednesday.
Fable 3 continues to boot on this dashboard with no problems at all
