yes and I am looking into those Waargh, but nothing is simple. Nothing will do what I described. JIRC will do a web based IRC chat, but that's not exactly what i'm after!

I'm afraid there's no solution for a sig feed but at least we can use one of those to get on a humps chan instantly

I'd have to agree here. Even if you could get something small and java based within your signature, for every post on a page you make, it would be constantly trying to load a new instance and user into the channel, probably put some ouchies on the web services also

Well yeah but that's really just showing the last X posts made, that one isn't too bad, it's more the interactivity that would be hard.

No i'm not saying make the sig interactive. I'm saying make the sig like my current one, showing the last say 5 lines of chat. Then when you click it, it opens a new popup window or something that has a full JIRC chat client where we can talk. The sig will always only show like 5 lines of the chat, and you cannot chat directly from the sig. You click it and chat there!

Maybe you could run a eggdrop and find a script that uploads channel data and what is being said etc...
if you could find one that uploaded it in png (or similar) then you could use that.
I would look at eggdrop scripts personally, to find one that does what you need, and then work from that, if you can get it creating the sig then the hyperlink can be to pretty much anywhere for the client.
