Hunting round (with no luck) for a proggie that will re-encode audio files.

What is the smallest filesize codec i can use that can be used in Flash CS5? I read WMA is supposed to be the smallest but i dont think i can use it in Flash.

So thats the main criteria for the prog, something that can re-encode to a small filesize without losing too much quality.

Thanks in advance Smile

I think Flash supports AAC, so try that. AAC is much more efficient than MP3 at similar bitrates, so you will probably be able to encode your files to lower bitrates and still have high quality audio. I use the Nero AAC encoder (free) for AAC encoding, I find the quality good.
