i was messing around witht eh colors, and i screw up and now i cant go back to the original, my eyes heart i dont know waht to do, anyone has any recomended settings. ps. for the gamma contrast, brightness etc, tahnks in advance and please help,

hitman it depends on your monitor. I have a Samsung 570v TFT LCD as my primary.
ATM my settings (as per Catalyst Control Settings) are:
Brightness: -40
Gamma: 1
Contrast: 101
Try these. Alternatively, you could try to reset to defaults. If you want to get it perfect, though, you might have to manually screw around with the settings.
