kinda uninspired title...
they did something bold by moving away from using 'batman' in the title, simply titling it 'dark knight'... guess they werent prepared to do it again, so short of just saying 'fuck it' and calling it dark knight 2, they went with this...

Most people said when they saw the teaser and the title for the previous film "It sounds like shit", "That teaser is complete crap" (the one with just the Michael Caine voice over). So who gives a fuck what the title is, Nolan makes good / great films and I have faith in him doing the same now.

Sounds like the studio wanted him to jump on the 3D-train but he disagreed. Does this mean he will shoot it in IMAX?

Well they can't bring joker back into the scene unless they can actually find someone who can out do ledger.
2 Face I might like to see comeback. Scare Crow I could care less to see, they made him such a pussy and uninteresting.
New ones? I'd like to see how they make Mr. Freeze a more realistic character. Obviously they're not going to do the Riddler which is complete fail just 'cause his sinister riddles would fit GREAT in Nolan's theme. The only other one I could see as a bad ass intro into the movies would be scar face. Poison Ivy maybe? The Penguin?

TDK was shot partly in IMAX, yes.
AND! Nolan has said he won't follow the 3D-craze (THANK YOU!) and shoot more in IMAX instead.

actually i think we have one or some shit way up north, but meh.. its not worth catching a disease just to see an imax flick.
