James.Bond.Blood.Stone.XBOX360-COMPLEX

Description:

James Bond 007: Blood Stone features the likeness and voice talent of Daniel Craig, Joss Stone and Judi Dench and features an epic, original story developed by legendary screenwriter Bruce Feirstein. Players can engage in cover-based firefights, lethal hand-to-hand combat and speed their way through explosive adrenaline-fuelled driving sequences as they embark on a global chase leading to action on land and sea through Athens, Istanbul, Monaco and Bangkok. Gamers can also feel what it is like to be a 00 agent, as they take the battle online in several robust 16-person multi-player modes that require skill, teamwork and strategy as players compete in matches that will have spies battling mercenaries.

Features:

* Blood Stone, an explosive third-person action/adventure game from critically acclaimed developer Bizarre Creations, features Daniel Craig, Judi Dench and Joss Stone in an original story from the writer of GoldenEye and Tomorrow Never Dies.

* Your 00 status has you battling through land, sea and air in exotic international locations such as Athens, Istanbul, Bangkok and Monaco in a wide variety of environments including city streets, rooftops, casinos, oil refineries, dams and even hovercrafts.

* Become Bond using authentic combat maneuvers such as punches, kicks, grabs, throws and the environment to finish off enemies with a fighting style inspired by a blend of martial arts.

* Use offensive driving techniques to speed, reverse and handbrake-turn your way through explosive driving sequences on land and sea, doing whatever it takes to stay alive and reach your destination.

* Trust No One: The UK's biggest secret is about to fall into the wrong hands. Nothing is what it seems as you track an enemy who cannot be seen.

I already have it downloaded, just need to burn and play. From the looks of things this doesn't look much different from the Quantum of Solace Xbox 360 Game. I'm a huge James Bond fan so it's worth a Verb for me.

Personally I'm wating for GoldenEye for Wii. I'm surprised a release has not hit yet.

I finished the first two missions and liked it. It's kinda like QoS, so if you liked it, you will like this as well. Actually, it's more like the old game on PS2 "Everything or Nothing".

It plays like Splinter cell conviction with a Bond theme, so that's not too bad. The only thing I thought was disappointing is there is no QTE at all (of course it's not a bad thing, but I mean the cutscenes aren't interactive at all, no gameplay etc).

So in the end : it's a good Bond game, good music, good sfx, boring bond story, but bond references... Would have I leeched it if it didn't have the Bond theme ? I'm not sure, but i can tell you it's worth leeching IMO and the driving sequence feels like Project Gotham (oh wait, this is bizzare creations developping it ).

I think it plays more like Bourne Conspiracy (so if you liked this one, you ll love Bond), than any other Bond game actually !

achievements say 6

it's really not bad, bit arcadey and kinda gears of bond mixed with a simplified "mark and execute" system and a tiny (not compulsory) bit of stealth (basically just setting up easy kills). plus the chase scenes are well done, lots of stuff going boom and the car handling isn't comlete shit for a change. fuckin short though, been playing 2-3 hours now and already done with the 4th mission.

Played the first two missions and its seems like a lol wut fest to me. Playing on agent, and it would not let me freely aim and shoot while in the boat??? It locked on , slowed down and then killed them with one button. Also the driving mission wasn't that great, I thought I would have to take the other car out chase HQ style but no, its one bump and cue cut scene. So far,its seems a super easy TPS cover based arcade shooter with idiot AI. Maybe it gets better??

Playing on the hardest diff (out of three, the fourth is locked) - quite easy, it seems they just remove autoaim and 1 hit almost = death. 2-3 hits and you're down. i guess on easy you can take 10-15.

anyway, the gfx are better than QoS, especially the explosions and shit but it's more of an interactive movie right now than a game, really. too much stuff happening on it's own and it's also a horrible waste of resources: like the lighthouse that crumbles during the boat race in the beginning. I've watched a dev video - it's fucking awesome, so spectacular! but you barely notice that in the game.

p.s. it's basically that Bourne game with better driving and no fighting every 5 secs

Today I didn't even need to use my AK. I gotta say it was a good day. (c) - Ice Cube
