I've been an avid firefox fan since it was in the 2.x days. Never had a reason to switch up till recently it's been crashing a lot and just plan ole locking up and had enough of it. Figured I'd give google chrome a try and after testing things out, getting used to it, setting it up a bit, everything is just heck of a lot more responsive, loads quicker, it's cleaner.

So I'm pretty much sold on it. What's everyone else using?

Was a firefox user, then it started forgetting my passwords and was REALLY slow.

So now its Chrome here, though it has some minor "fuck-ups/bugs" also. But damn its snappy!

Chrome has phone home code, google gathers your browsing behaviour:

Since Chrome is an open-source project some people decided to make their own version without the spying:

No it doesn't do that to me, upgrade your flash if it's not 10,1,85,3

And get rid of some of your awesome plugins.

FF...but already tried Chrome and liking it. FF is walking a very tight rope now. Anymore of its usually crashes with Flash and plug ins not working - it will be History. I think Chrome will be the browser of choice in the future.

used firefox for years and tried chrome and as you I just felt it loaded much faster and didnt lock up as often. However if you leave like 6 tabs untouched for 10 minutes they sure can get stuck a bit on mine..but I am running the dev version!

On a Mac - Safari
On a PC - Firefox, the only thing stopping me ditching it in favor of Chrome is the later don't have password protection for stored passwords Sad
