I searched, no results.

So, who played this game, what did you think about it?

This game for me, was absolutely mind blowing, imho it was so ahead of its time, it's simply the best game noone played.

I remembered walking thecity listening to this:

I felt chilling in my spine, the atmosphere was great, and this was 1999. Completely open city too, although, there wasn't enough content to fill it, it still had a great vibe.

Quantic Dream + David Bowie + Reeves Gabrels = MOTHERFUCKING EPIC INSTA-WIN. Omikron was, and still is, a stunning game.

I would kill for a sequel, it's been on and off so many times now, I just don't know if it will happen.

Speaking with Eurogamer, Cage revealed "that Heavy Rain is the end of my personal trilogy trying to tell the same type of stories with serial killers and stuff, in the thriller genre." It does appear that Cage has had a certain fixation with the morbid, with his previous works -- Omikron: The Nomad Soul and Fahrenheit (Indigo Prophecy) -- all centering around serial killers

Never finished it and it's been many years since I played but it was some crazy stuff, we don't get games like that anymore

I went to a library in Omikron, and bought a casette to play once at home, of Bowie, in a frigging adventure game. Then I went to a banned underground concert of him, after I intentionally killed myself blowing up a bridge, and taking the body of a guy, who fished out my corpse.

Suck on that, Longest Journey!

I never really got into this game. The controls were just way too horrid.

Yeah Nomad Soul was epic. One of the few games where the soundtrack was a big part of the game. There are not many games you remember only because they had a great soundtrack. Vampire The Masquerade – Bloodlines is one, Gothic 1 too. Nomad Sould also mixed a few genres very well like classic action adventure, beat em up and fps. Its a game i probably never forget, just like Longest Journey Wink

A lot of games have great soundtracks.

This is probably one of my all time favorite games tho. They announced omikron 2 years ago, but, with how todays games are, and how much heavy rain was bleh to me.

I'm not expecting much.

ps

Longest Journey owned to Surprised

Whatever happened to artistic games? eh?

This game had its flaws but was nonetheless great, notably for the soundtrack and atmosphere. Now what about Outcast? Another game from that era for which I have great memories. Smile
