So I was just sitting here shoving slices of pepper jack cheese in my mouth cause we had some, and I love it
I dun eat it with anything special, love it the way it is.
Next up would probably be wisconsin cheddar cheese with summer sausage <3

Actually, paprika in Norway isn't what we (Brits/Yanks) call paprika. Paprika as we know it is the ground up spice from the pepper itself, whereas Norway calls the actual bell pepper a "paprika"

Edam, Tilzit, Gouda (smoked or not)... your usual pizza/sandwich cheeses 
My sister went skiing (boarding actually) last yr in France, and she brought home some French cheese. It freaking STANK! The smell was so bad we had to put it wrapped in two plastic containers so it wouldn't spread through the fridge :\
But they say: the smellier the better :S
