To prevent you from downloading more crap turn on your firewall first (and don't tell me that you are solely relying on your router fw ) and block that stdrt.exe from accessing the net. I'd recommend zonealarm free for a start.
After that download hijack this, run it and save and upload the log here so that we can take a look at it.
Once you've done all of this run msconfig.exe and go to startup and make screenshots of everything in there (the command and location are important in that screenshots), and go to the services tab and sort for manufacturer and make a screenshot of all of em that are not from microsoft corporation (don't forget to look at the top and bottom of the list)
Upload everything and we might start searching for what is wrong with your computer
oh and please download process explorer http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896653.aspx and make some screens from there too so that we can see what actually calls this crap

How did it get this far in the first place, people should browse with care or take the proper precautions. Shit like this enables fucking "zombies" and spam.

You should still posts the logs so that we can work out on how to remove the root of the problem
@Ragedoctor:
Sometimes it's just enough to surf on a page where the ad-server was infected. If I hadn't windows 7 my computer would've been fucked ~2 weeks ago by some virus that entered my system through a security in opera Windows 7 saved me because the exe asked for administrator rights
