I really doubt battlefield 3 will be released this year.Its still in like alpha stages.The game should of been released eons ago seeing as how BF2 was so successful and is still very popular.They shouldn't of wasted time on the half ass bad company series.

I'm looking forward to numerous titles though I don't keep very good order on names and release dates so I usually check weekly releases via Shacknews or browse online stores via Steam and Gamersgate on upcoming content.
RPG wise Dragon Age 2 might not fully deliver as I had previously hoped (Improving and refining from the first game, not entirely revamping it or what they're doing.) Witcher 2 is highly promising but I can't say much until I've actually played it, Elder Scrolls have been very good though hopefully Skyrim won't be totally action-rpg streamlined speaking of that Diablo 3 would be nice but probably won't arrive this year either.
Other titles would be Rage, Duke Nukem Forever, Aliens Colonial and a number of other titles.
(Brink and that MP RPG in co-operation with Bethesda looks interesting as well.)
Dungeons and the continuation of Star-Craft 2 looks promising in terms of strategy, unsure about the indie scene and projects however there will likely be some interesting titles there a well such as Trine 2 perhaps.
Battlefield 3 might be fun and CoD 2011 might be interesting for a quick SP playtrough, Assassins Creed Brotherhood have received a lot of praise though Red Dead and LA Noire might not come to PC at all it seems.
EDIT: Crysis 2 might also be fun, Dead Space 2 will arrive within a few weeks and I'm probably forgetting a lot of titles.
(That Alice game for example, Deus Ex I'm still wondering how it'll turn out and many others.)

Rfactor 2 hopefully by march, considered an AAAAAA title by simracers
GTR3 hopefully late summer, If they go back to their GTR and GTR2 roots it will have as many A's as Rfactor
And the pretender Shift2 in march.
And the one pretending to be prentending to be F1(Codemuckers) in late summer

Yeap, I completely forgot about driving games (I don't know if GTR3 will be released this year but Rfactor 2 almost surely, yes).
Also I would add the usual sports games NBA 2K12 and FIFA 12  |
