It looks like you extracted the disc. Don't do that, just mount it (with Daemon Tools or Alcohol 120%). Extracting can cause all sorts of issues, and it's best just not to mess around with it.
many people have been having this problem (me included) and so far there are 2 solutions
First :
I extracted all the files from ISO image to my HDD using Daemon Tools. Then renamed the file LؤSMIG.txt (Support/sv) to LASMIG(for example), did the same thing to file localization.ini renamed sv=lasmig.txt. Reburned all the stuff again from HDD with a lowest possible speed 2.4x (Nero Express).
And installation works!
Second :
about SWEDISH A.
I've just installed all possible swedish language related CODE PAGE CONVERSION TABLES. from control panel / languages
And that damn worked.
Game is installing fine.
I grabbed this from a friend so respects to him for the solutions
