Well if he blew on his vuvuzela. People seem to think the death penalty is justified in that case

Don't you have some kind of organisation in the UK that can help with conflicts between landlord and lodger?
Violence will only get you in trouble.

go to CAB, anyways I thougth it was law now that it had to be in some kind of escrow thing, so you both have to agree to release the funds.

it does have to be in a protected thing, but rules are different for my type of tenancy.

There may be a catch, i signed my tenancy on 9/1/2010. the company that he pertains to be a part of wasnt lodged until 3/2/2010, this could make a difference if I take it to court

I would go to your local CAB, or phone them up, they are usually pretty good with stuff, but dont pebble dash the bog and leave cum stains on everyones door in the next place you rent.

Have you still got the letter that he sent you before about the cleaning? Go to CAB and take it with you along with your tenancy agreement. I would take him to court if he didn't give me my deposit back on them grounds. Maybe you should let him know that you are going to seek legal advice.

Do you actually have a cleaning rota?

Yeah we do. I'm gonna call CAb and see what they say, theyre closed now though. I wonder if a small claims judge would let him keep £310 of my money for not keeping up with the cleaning.

Why dont you get him a free koran, so he can be a truthful man and be part of the religion of peace.

http://www.freekoran.com/form.php

You know what, he seems a crusade-like guy, get him a bible to.

http://www.lesea.com/needabible.cfm

He also seems to live in his own box universe, so get him some aswell:

http://www.mrmcgroovys.com/t-how-to-get-free-boxes.aspx#movingboxes

Perhaps accidentally post his email and house adress on 4chan and craiglist, those spambots might just spot his info.

Did you ever did bankbusiness with him? Find his bankID and just accidentally leak that to your local scammaster. Does he have a wife/gf, tell her a made up story which happens to include him with some young hotty sitting 2 seats from you in the local pub.

Make sure you give his phonenumber and mobilephone number a good old spread around the internet.

Now you can be sure that 310 pounds he cheated off you wont be spend on things he'll enjoy fixing.
