Are all the new DS's moddable?? whats the best and easiest way?

As far as I know they havn't done much to stop the modding in the newer DS releases, and it's not really a mod. You can just buy the R4DS and it will boot the moonshell loader to play homebrew / backups.

Probably something good to google for you area, as you don't wanna have to wait for it to get imported since alot of countries sell them. I can't remember too well where I got mine from sorry. Definately has been worth buying though.. all you have to do is put the firmware on the Micro SD that comes with it and you're done.
