Well I haven't played the game since....xas time about, been quite a few months, finally go back to play and theres apparently been updates n such, and when I went online the sound was horribly reverb-ish and crackly and lagged a whole hell of a lot. Never had this issue before.
We did have a power outage a few weeks ago and my computer was unplugged but not my sub (which the speakers are connected to) so I dunno if that damaged something? Seems fine in other games, but reverb and lag wouldn't be a speaker issue i would think. Any ideas?

nvm, apparently all of a sudden I can't have the sampling rate so high (had it on the highest I could) so I turned it down a few notches and all was well. Odd how I never had issues before.

You mean the sampling rate of Windows, right? Yeah, a lot of games have problems with that these days, and it makes you wander what kind of pis poor development they have...
Anyway, the settings I find best are 24bit 48000Hz.
