I just needed this one last semester of physics and then I was going to be done with physics forever but I bombed the final now I have to retake it FML. I HATE DC circuits that shit is the worst topic ever

4 months and about $700 down the drain Crying or Very sad

physics is fun ^^

All you need to know for circuits is stripped down Faraday's law aka Kirchhoff laws. It's as simple as that Very Happy

thats true you know. newton didnt discover gravity. the apple told him about it, and then he killed it. the core was never found.

Im kinda okay with simple circuits that only have batteries and resistors. But that mofo threw in switches, capacitors and other shit in there. I was staring at that circuit for like 40 minutes during the exam trying to figure out wtf was happening. And that one question was worth 35 points out of 100

The other shit being a simple coil? Try watching Walter Lewin explaining it... You'll understand it in no time ^^

haha, more studying, less nfohump might be a solution.

btw, i really enjoy these days. A lot of people i know are whining all day long (you know, twitter/facebook/msn shit) about the exams.

Then I have to reply with who's joining me for an evening @ the beach after work Laughing My god i am glad exams are faint memories of the good old days.

Well, i guess you know what to do during summer now Cool Face

Thats to funny. I had a friend in university that failed Physics II (202 is what we called it i think) and that was the only course he needed to get his degree. Said he was going to take it at another university........found out that he decided to become a crack head, lost everything, and since his degree is now stale dated, he has to start from scratch. What a waste.

@Timechange

Good luck next time. Think of how easy the course will be second time round. DC circuits will come.

i know a similar story, but just need to change 'physics' with 'math' and 'crack' with 'LSD' and 'lost it all' with ' having delusions'

he is now re-enrolled this year in the final year and I am teaching a course to my former class mate... kinda weird how people can fuck up their life in 2-3 years.
