A friend of mine called me up yesterday night stating, he had got an unmodded console and wanted to try out Split/Second demo. He said he could download it faster via Torrent and he didn't have a Gold a/c. So wanted to know if he would get banned if he would burn the 360 demo and use it on his 360 console?
I had tried this before as well and it hadn't got me banned, so I said it won't. Am I right in telling him this? I don't think any content/record of the demo actually registers on the console for it to actually get the person banned, right?
