Hi guys, thought this was the best place to ask since it's kindda technical in essence Smile.

What games would you recommend to play on a state of the art laptop bought in 2006-7?, the graphic card in it is a Ati Radeon Mobile X1600 with 512 mb ram dedicated.

Games like these ran pretty fine on the laptop:

COD4 and 5 runs good on it (amazingly ;D)
COD2
FEAR (is FEAR 2 actually even better optimized than 1?, heard that somewhere...never tried it)

And essentially games before 2005...

But maybe you know of some good gems outthere that i might have missed Smile.

You should try Condemned, FEAR2, Torchlight, Mount&Blade ... there are many games that would run good on it.

I'd go to some reviewing site and check the top games for earlier years Very Happy
