So yes, I remembered I used to like SC4, so I downloaded it and got hooked again.

The problem is though, that I get severe graphical glitches when playing the damn thing, it looks almost exactly like a overheating GPU (checked the temps just for the fuck of it, of course they're normal).

Anyone able to help me out? Game is patched to latest version. I've tried disabling visual themes and scaling at high DPI..

try AA and AF now Very Happy ive always noticed they cause alot of glitches on graphics in some games.. or the filtering modes for AA

Nope, it's the drivers. I know nVidia had a lot of problems, and you had to use really old ones, which became impossible as they didn't support my 8800 GTX.

Oh Sad Well I disabled AA/AF, turned off shadows and set affinity to 1 core (it was lagging also before, when scrolling over the city). It's not lagging anymore and the glitches are just a little more uncommon, but they're not gone unfortunately.

So im fucked unless I download ancient drivers huh? Sad
