So Ive had this horrible toothache that comes and goes. On some days its not there, on some days its tolerable but sometimes it becomes fucking unbreable. I feel like the pain goes straight to my brain and I cant even think properly. All I can think about is the damn pain!! Only relief I get is from taking advil to numb the pain but even that doesn't always work
faaaaaaaaaaaack  !!!!

I dont have dental insurance. The last time I visited the dentist was a few weeks ago and he prescribed some mouthwash that kindof helped but not that much. Ended up paying more than 100 bux for nothing. He said the next step will be to get my teeth cleaned which will cost over $200 so I never went back

Yeah, I had that two days ago. My wisdom teeth is growing, and while chewing I tore my gums plus I caught some bacteria and my throat was in a mess. So my dentist prescribed antibiotic  The wisdom teeth still hurts a bit and I can't eat on left side

if you have pain, your teeth usually need to be worked on one way or the other. Painkillers only help until either the whole tooth has to be removed or the root-canals, or the tips of the roots.
and tooth-ache is the only pain you cant really adapt to. Although i had some luck with meditation / visualisation techniques.
Go see a dentist. The sooner the better. You ll thank us.

Just go to the fucking dentist, not only will you help yourself by getting rid of the toothache, it will also prevent you from making threads again that make you look stupid.
