The first one is one of the best horror movies around. It started like the gayest movie ever, but then it went like WTF?! and finished like HOLY SHIT!

dog soldiers was horrid, doomsday was ok for one watch
this however straight to dvd? haven't head of it hitting the theaters, is there even bd planned?

dog soldiers was fucking awesome. doomsday was kinda meh but ok... but dog soldiers was fucking sweet.
as for this movie... meh...far as im concerned the first film ended with all of them dead, so this is just a silly cash-in... hopefully good for a few laughs, but i dont see any way this will be a patch on the original.

Blasphemy, Dog Soldiers rocked Doomsday sucked in that order.
It had WEREWOLVES, SAS V COMMANDO'S & ASSAULT RIFLES, I mean COME ON.
Plus it didn't use cgi shit for wolfy.

most importantly , spoon had a fistfight with a fucking werewolf. a fucking fist fight with a fucking were wolf. instant epic, no contest.

only in america by the sounds of the wiki it was in uk cincemas awhile back and oddly enough france seems to be the first country that had cinema showings

Very mediocre, same of the old stuff rehashed and with more plot-holes thrown in.
 Spoiler: | 1. The over-acting, belligerent sheriff was a walking plot-device. Right from the start when he forces an amnesiac survivor into a cave where only a trained rescue team would go, to the end with the stupid handcuff idea.
2. Why bring one of the original girls back only to have her killed?
3. Who of the apparently dead people will they bring back in Descent 3? It's coming and you know it. Especially after that crappy ending. I do not necessarily want a happy ending but WTF! Some random guy commits what amounts to a murder without an explanation. This is not a some tv-series where they can answer that question in next weeks episode. Of all the fucking cheap, B-grade horror movie type endings!
4. Who will get killed in Descent 3 and who will survive and go back into the cave in Descent 4?

I'm with you on this one. I could have given it as much as 6 if it wasnt for the fact that it had nothing new and was too much like the first one.
shitloads of new stuff in my pc. Cant keep track of it all.

Doomsday was probably the worst action movie I've ever seen. It was so utterly SHITTY! that I tried to watch it for the lulz. But it even failed at that. What a big steaming pile of shit that was...
1/10 ... or 0/10 if it's technically possible.
Each and every Uwe Boll movie was 10 times more enjoyable.
Have to rewatch dog soldiers though as I only managed to see the beginning and it didn't attract me.

Watched it.. Ehhh. Not a movie to remember at all. Just plain stuff..lots of crawling around in dark. Nothing great. Much better stuff out there.

"about the movie" does not = specific plot spoilers. even in imdb people don't post spoilers (most of the time) without being deleted by an admin. the thread is also used for info about the specific release as well

also, knowing there are CHUDs in the caves and how they hunt beforehand makes the movie = zero scary at all. 6/10 at best.
