Saw it yesterday, pretty decent movie, Michael Caine is good as usual, death wish gone British sort of =)

I'm not trolling this time. I'm afraid it's a very poor take on the revenge flick, there's 1000 other revenge movies out there with better acting, better characters, better plot (lol) and made by a better director.
I'm English myself and what gets to me most is how fucking poor the script is, it's actually praised by most reviewers for being real but it's not in anyway lol it's quite cringe worthy actually.

Sure it has some flaws.
It's the same with Mr. Brooks. I would rate that movie with 9/10. In fact it might deserve a lot less because it has some serious flaws but it was so entertaining that I would rate it 9/10 again 
Actually... Harry Brown reminds me a little bit of Running Scared.

Thats fair, film is subjective and I see things in movies that piss me off that alot of people dont care about. Im a big revenge genre fan, and enjoyed it. The vermin really were nasty, even if not as you say the characters were truly realistic
