Is it any good? Videos and screenshots look good graphically, but how is gameplay?

locked to 30fps, kb doesn't really work well while controller is connected, feels very choppy due to fps lock and horrid motion blur effect which can't be disabled, even with blur it feels like a slow motion when goin 100km/h
in other words lame

whats wrong with this game?
i cant even get past the main menu, its like im running it on a commodore 64 how its lagging
it takes me a minute to get to the main menu from the start

Looks like the only negative reviews are from people struggling to get it working. Will give it a try on Xbox 360
