there nothin under "my profile" to allow you to do it

in the options menu on the left, go to 'profile' (not 'my profile')
for your sig, use the [img] [/img ] tags and host the sig image somewhere like imageshack

For avatar you need an animated gif, you just upload in your profile, and the thing nouse said have to work for sig also...
And you need to be careful not to pass the limit for both...

i wanna add an animated gif either as an avatar ora sig..... 16kb is the limit... and my gif is 2MB big... what the hell......

Resize it or whatever...
