Lie to me
LIE TO ME, the compelling new drama from the producers of 24, stars Tim Roth ("The Incredible Hulk," "Reservoir Dogs") as DR. CAL LIGHTMAN, the world's leading deception expert who studies facial expressions and involuntary body language to discover not only if someone is lying, but why. When someone shrugs one shoulder, rotates a hand or raises the lower lip, Lightman knows he's lying.
Based on the real-life scientific discoveries of Paul Ekman, the series follows Lightman and his team of deception experts as they assist law enforcement and government agencies to expose the truth behind the lies.

I watched the pilot for this today, i thought it was okay. Not amazing but i can see it not being cancelled (but then again it's fox).

Just watched it! It´s a nice show, but nothing that I would follow.
I just follow shows that follow a story through the whole season, and not an adventure for each episode.
It´s ok to watch if you occasionally watch it on the tv.

Just watched the 4 episodes and I really like it.
/shame
8 out of 10 dentists prefer zipfero to competing brands(fraich3 and Mutantius)!

Good stuff, no story arcs, more like csi with neat 1 episode stories.
Still quite enjoyable, Tim Roth is great.

Pretty much. Not sure if Roth can carry the show on the long run tho (atm it doesn't have much going for it apart from the main character), guess we'll see.  |
Well, I quite like the rest of the characters. None of them hold up against Tim Roth(but very few people would). I'm interested in the seperate story arcs also  Spoiler: | (only one at the moment being the chick and her cheating husband). |

I thought it was quite crap with a lot of shit happening "just becuz" this last ep :/

I watched ep 12, it was weird. So if someone is capable of fooling the main character, that person is a psychopath? Huh?
"See here. When a person sees this picture I expect reaction X. Since this kid didn't react this way, I believe he's a murderous psychopath". Yeah right.

Well had it lasted longer it wouldve been better but the entire show is micro-ticks you CANT get rid of when lying unless you don't have that basic emotion it is supposed to represent in a 'normal' person. So the premise stands. I agree that the episode was shitty, though
