Yeah, he's absolutely one of the most talented players out there, and it's superfluous to say that I'd like too see him with this colours...

ahahahahhh

our solid* defense will block him like a kid!

* Laughing

Seriously, I really hope for a coach change these days (maybe...Guus Hiddink?! I love him, the guru of tactics and a great motivator^^) since the team is actually pretty much devasted for all the matches lost consecutively (including the humiliating debacle against Bayern in CL..Crying or Very sad)

If Hiddink will come you have one of the better coaches available i guess. I'm not expecting we win from Juventus but i sure hope so. The problem is all our Gems go for the money and are bought away on young age Sad
I think the average age of our team is 22 years old.

Kezman had 105 goals in 122 games in holland then went to the English Premiership and then Spain and scored just 12 in 55 games. Same story with Dirk Kuyt, Klaas-Jan Huntelaar and Afonso Alves.

You can't write off Klaas-Jan Huntelaar... he scored 8 goals for Real Madrid in 20 games where he mostly was used as a sub. Can't blame him he lost form at the moment. Premier Devision is a better place for him then Italian is. Think you never saw Suarez play because you can't compare him with any of above.

He has a great potential, but here in Italy found a strong rivalry ( Pato, Inzaghi and Borriello can't literally see him) and also the coach, Leonardo, doesn't seem to consider Klaas as an important man for the team. It's true that he still isn't well-set (nearly all the matches he played were "meh"), but I surely would give him another (better) chance; in Premier League for example.

edit: ah, Lathieza ..

As you may know, the whole medic staff has been processed (along with the players) and risulted innocent so..Embarassed

Yeah must agree on Davids... true pitbull on the field. He came back to Ajax in his later years but it hurted to see him go downhill that fast.

@ixigia

The weakest spot of Ajax lays in defence... must be harsh to see all your attackers getting injured now Wink

Giovinco , Camoranesi, Trezequet and Iaquinta are out allready.

Think you guys are lucky when you come away with a draw on the first match.

fuuuu Crying or Very sad

Iaquinta is back (maybe he'll play tomorrow against Milan) but yeah, Trezeguet and Camoranesi will be out for 40-50 days, and Giovinco for at least 20 days.
I bet we'll play using a defensive 4-4-2, with the same ugly teamplay as usual this year Crying or Very sad
The other two (quite) healthy forwards are Amauri (one of the worst players I've ever seen playing for Juve) and Del Piero (36 years old); if you add to this that Diego is playing average bad...I guess you're right Laughing

we need him before the match against Ajax or we'll be fucked for all the season.

Broken fibula for him, at least two months out. Tiago is now an official Atletico Madrid player, Sissoko is playing the Africa Cup...and well, we have no midfielders at the moment!

edit: oh yes, we have Melo Laughing
