Whenever i formatted XP Today coz of a damn prob, whenever i used utorrent (latest beta) and downloaded something, then quit when the download is at half and restart the system, utorrent slows the XP startup by checking the download's actual progress ,when before this shit happend you just started up the system and there was no need for a check nor nothing..

Is there a way to disable this shit?...

No there isn't. When you restart, don't click on the "Force Close Applications" button.

Where did I say Windows 7? You can force closing apps during restart ever since Windows 2000. When you force closing, it just stops the process, as opposed to letting it shut down properly. When you closed it manually (the normal way Smile), it shut down properly, so it doesn't do the trouble.

Try this:

Only instead of setting "AutoEndTasks" to 1, set it to 0.
