i seem to have my connection timeout when posting binary files i have tried reducing the lines of text when posting but it times out and the connection drops is there anyway to fix this
PS. im using yencbinposter to post the files and im using giganews
If you use your newsreader and yencbinposter at the same time you may reach max allowed connections. Try running yencbinposter alone and set it up correctly to match your maximum allowed simultaneous connections.
Tried switching between SSL and normal connection? Setup the correct ports like 563 for SSL and 119 for normal connection. If this does not help asking giganews support is an option too ,)
for ssl giganews uses the port 443 and i have tryed it without ssl using 119 and also with ssl using port 563 personally i think it is a isp problem when i upload on torrents it doesn't timeout and crash but when uploading on a server/client based network i.e KDX it dls a hugh chunk then it stops for like a 1 minute then uploads another chunk i thought it would be a ping problem or something
