We had this discussion the other day at work with this guy who just isnt normal.
He said you would if you could and everyone else said 'er.....no we wouldnt' and he thought we were the weirdos.

its an indian punishment when kids are caught stealing, they wait till they can make a small road length of them, dress them up in clothing of type so public know what they are about to get and then line them up and ride over them with a bike, what you cant see here is the rear wheel actually has snow studded tyres and makes the fingers bruised for weeks so they cant lift anything no more..
p.s you can see some of them waiting turn in the crowd..
