fabric, matter, ministry of sound... all proper big clubs in London...

http://www.fabriclondon.com - underground-ish, friday nights younger crowd (bit meh on the crowd, yay on the music), saturday night older crowd (yay on the crowd, not so yay on the music)

http://www.matterlondon.com - owned by the same people as fabric.

http://www.ministryofsound.com/Club/ - commercial (lots of ladies)

Umm I don't really go to clubs in London, but I am going to the river for New Years Eve itself. There are always loads of things going on- just take a tube to Embankment, pop by a off licence (our alcohol shops) and walk around the streets alongside the thames - pop into pubs / bars and then watch the fireworks across the Thames at midnight...

The fireworks are always pretty bad ass, and the atmosphere on the streets is always wicked.

That's what I'll be doing anyway Smile Maybe I'll bump into some drunk Norweigans Very Happy

{EDIT} - Also, don't forget that the Tube (our Subway) and all buses are 100% free on New Years Eve - so you can travel all around the city until about 4am for free. Will allow you to make the most of it. Also, hotels are expensive! I'd recommend booking now / very early to get best prices. So long as it's by a tube stop in zones 3/4 or less, you should be fine getting about on the tube...{/EDIT}

Please don't use the word P... , it's racist and against the rules.

In London, I would say there is as much racism as any other city. But certainly not "more".
