God of War III
Description:
God of War III finds Kratos raining carnage and destruction upon the Gods who have betrayed him and the entire Ancient Greek world. Armed with his deadly double-chained blades, Kratos will take on mythology’s darkest creatures while solving intricate puzzles on his merciless quest to destroy Olympus and the mighty Zeus himself.

My Dad buys so much stuff on the Playstation Store, he was sent a redeem code for the E3 playable demo. I then logged onto the Playstation Store with his username and password and downloaded it to my own PS3 from his download list! Going to play it later! Apparently its rather awesome!

Is there any other way to get the damn demo without pre-ordering or buying some stupid movie?
Some sort of hack, that lets you download it for free. Fucking Sony just put the shit on PSN.

Nope, they sent the codes to random users, i got one but i dunno why really.. but its an awesome game top notch graphics and music,sound effects are killer.

holy crap!!! this game is so awesome...this just went to the top of my must play list for next yr...cool thing is I had preordered from amazon, but later cancelled the order. And they still send me the code.

Nice, you just gave me a great idea, but I wasn't sure if it would work. Thanks for confirmation. I'll pre-order then cancel once I get the code.
I just got auto confirmation from amazon about the pre-order, but it did not come with the code for download. Does it come separate? And how long did it take for it to come?

It comes in a separate email. And I dont think its immediate. I had preordered a couple of weeks back. But they started sending out codes only yesterday, so it might be a couple of days till they get to the latest orders.

it's shareable. All you do is setup a dummy ps3 account and let whoever wants it the details of that dummy account. Thats how i got mine in the UK from a forum friend a few days ago.

Yep someone just shared an account that had it some place else. And I am now downloading it on my PS3. hehe it worked.
I still did not get the demo code from Amazon, I'll just give that code to my brother so he can get it.
Almost done downloading.

Finished the demo earlier today and I have to say I cannot wait for the full game next March. Truly a game I am pleased to own a PS3 for.

Wow, going by the gametrailers video the graphics look like they've improved since the first media was shown. It was very dark in the earlier footage for one thing but this looks so sharp and bright.

pff, it's just a demo.
I don't even want a code because it would just tease me and it's still 2-3 months until we get the real deal. already know it's gonna be awesome anyway, so no need for a demo to find out wether I want to buy it or not.
the collector's edition looks great, I'm sure it'll be sold out really quickly and people will be selling it for 300 bucks on ebay or something weeks after release.
